I found Snowquarter Creek where Henry and Agnes Sumpter lived circa 1770 in Cumberland County. It runs from Highway 45 about 6 miles south of the James River. It runs North Northwest into the Willis River about one mile south of Lakeside Village about 2 miles west of Carterville. This is in the North half of Cumberland County. Jim Landrum Jpiccafe@aol.com
