Hello, My gg grandfather was Edward Paulser Parsons. He died in April of 1906 and left a widow, Sarah Parsons (his #2 wife). I found record of her next marriage and it was to Jacob F. SUMPTER of Roane Co. WV. They were married Oct 2, 1909 in Calhoun Co, WV. They were listed as widow/widower. He was 54 and she 40. It also states that he was born in Monroe Co, WV.
