Hello List I am trying to research into Christopher Rawlins who our local school is named after and we are going to celebrate it’s 50th year in September.Born about 1519 not sure where but i have been told that some Rawlins family still live in or around Suffolk. He was appointed Canon of Lincoln in 1551 three years before he was appointed to Adderbury Oxfordshire. He died in 1589 i believe in Adderbury.I would love any information that anyone can give me and really love a portrait for the school staff and children to see.Any help or little clues appreciated. Many thanks Elizabeth Calvert
