Hi Janine and any other Faiers family historians ... just to tell you that William Bransby Faiers, born in Hadleigh in 1791, married in Hadleigh in 1816, was a schoolmaster in Long Melford from around 1818 until at least 1841, after which he returned to Hadleigh, but was in Ipswich in 1854. He was quite prominent in Melford for some years, if anyone wants to know more about his Melford years, contact me.
