    3. OH WOW!! That would be wonderful Ken. Thank you so much. I've just been through and checked all of the early Clements bmb's in Ipswich and come to the conclusion that the other Clements in Ipswich that were born around the 1750's-1760's, namely Edward, John and Roger Clements were the sons of Roger Clements and his wife Elizabeth of Hitcham. According to the Cosford Database, Roger & Elizabeth didn't have a daughter Ann at all. So at least I've pretty much ruled them out. :) Paula On 8 September 2012 18:18, K Finch <[email protected]> wrote: > If I remember next time I am in the record office I will have a look in the > parish chest it will be interesting to see as St Mary Quay is one of the > riverside churches no doubt open today for the heritage weekend. > > Ken > > > -------------------------------------------------- > From: "Paula Hadgraft" <[email protected]> > Sent: Saturday, September 08, 2012 7:42 AM > To: <[email protected]> > Subject: Re: [SFK-UK] Ann Clements b. 1760 Wetheringsett - help needed > please > >> Hi Ken, >> >> I've checked on a2a for to see if there are any settlement >> certificates listed, but none that I could see for an Ann Clements. >> Also my Ann Clemence had an illegitimate daughter Frances Taylor >> Clements in 1781 in Ipswich, 5 years before she married John Hadgraft. >> I have also searched for a bastardy bond on a2a as well, but found >> nothing. >> >> Yeah, I don't think the one in Haverhill is my Ann either.
