    3. Re the Censu v Electoral Register. Just a thought, as the Census is a record of where someone happened to be on Census day could it not also be affected by the the occupation? They might have a permanent residence for voting but if their job requires them to travel from place to place where the work happens to that would result in their being recorded elsewhwere. Obviously if they are recorded with their whole family etc that might not be the answer !
