I have returned from a week in Suffolk researching the names SANGSTER and PLUMMER to find 17 messages about the STIFF family on my computer. GREGORY STIFF married my great great grandmother EMMA PLUMMER in Stowlangtoft in 1869 after both their former partners had died. They were both aged 50. EMMA had had my great grandmother JANE PLUMMER, later BETTS, before then of course, so the STIFF family are not blood relations. However I would be interested to know something about the children Gregory had with his first wife. If anyone has this information I would be very interested to know. Shirley ( formerly Sangster)
