Thanks to a great deal of help from this list I was able to check and discover a lot of information during my recent holiday in Suffolk. I took photographs of the fonts where ancestors were baptised, interiors of churches where they were married and had drinks in three of the Inns they owned !!. We were able to get the key to gain admission to Stowlangtoft Church as suggested. I have sent for a marriage certificate and when I receive this I will be contacting Carl again who may be able to help re a birth certificate. I found the staff at the Suffolk Record Office in Bury very helpful. As suggested I was unable to find actual addresses where the censuses showed they lived, not surprising after 110 years. However I have been able to add a lot to the information I already had about the life of each individual for the family history I am compiling. Many thanks to all Shirley
