    3. According to The Essex Standard, West Suffolk Gazette, and Eastern Counties' Advertiser (Colchester, England), Saturday, August 09, 1879 MARRIAGE OF MR. G. P. HOPE AND MISS JERVIS WHITE-JERVIS he was groomsman at his brother's wedding. George Palmer Hope, the groom, was described as being "of Havering Grange, Essex and Walton, Suffolk" Let me know if you'd like a copy of the newspaper report.
