Hi Brian, Yes it is dependent on which Family Tree software you use. I have Legacy and you can change whether you use the word grand or great for uncles and aunts but then you get this which is just as confusing: for a 7x great uncle Legacy software will describe him as a 6th Great-Greatuncle or 6th Great-Granduncle.....grrr.
