Goodmorning Suffolk Listers, Researching F.H. for a sister-in-Law in Kent and given to understand there are members of Newstead families in Suffolk with some same names on their trees, which means distant cousins. My S-in-L's fathers name was LEONARD NEWSTEAD and I have been tracking this line down only at present, getting stuck around mid 1700 where it looks like either faded writing or damage to the register as little more appears. Other names are William Alfred NEWSTEAD whose first marriage as I have discovered was to a Lilly Mona HAWTIN of Ipswich in 1901 but she died 1902 in Kent Another member is George William NEWSTEAD .....
