I would like to "Bring Home for Christmas: Bertram Alan WEARING. Bertram was born on 26 February 1902 in Enstone Oxfordshire, the son of Jane WEARING. Bertram was staying with his grandparents (my great-grandparents) in Enstone at the time of the 1911 census. Bertram married Sylvia M M Keith in 1928 in Malta (Army Chaplains Records in Malta). Sylvia was born in Malta about 1902. I found a Sylvia WEARING, age 30, arrived in the UK with daughter Barbara, 2 years old, in April 1932 aboard the Barabool coming out of Sydney Australia. They were going to Duke Street, Hintlesham, Suffolk, which is near Ipswich. There was a Barbara WEARING born in Malta in 1929. There is also a death record for a Barbara WEARING in 1965 in Samford Suffolk. If the above is correct, Bertram and Sylvia may have resided in Suffolk.
