    3. Many thanks Nivard for all of the family information you have given us, we now have more to add to our family, and at least 3 we didn't know existed. Fiche seem to be a much slower way to look for family and very time consuming. Have a great Christmas Judy Nelson, NZ ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nivard Ovington" <ovington1@sky.com> To: <suffolk@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, December 22, 2010 7:16 AM Subject: Re: [SFK-UK] Bringing home for Christmas > Hi again > > How many children ? > > 9 in all, 7 survived to 1911 > > The two who died were > > Name: Charles Victor Knox > Record Type: Baptism > Estimated Birth Date: abt 1887 > Baptism Date: 14 Mar 1887 > Father's name: John Knox > Mother's name: Mary Jane Knox > Parish or Poor Law Union: Denmark Hill St Saviour > Borough: Southwark > > Possible death (Mary Jane was born in Shropshire, perhaps she was at > home?) > > Name: Charles Victor Knox > Estimated birth year: abt 1887 > Year of Registration: 1887 > Quarter of Registration: Jul-Aug-Sep > Age at Death: 0 > District: Oswestry > County: Denbighshire, Shropshire > Volume: 6a > Page: 410 > > And > > Name: Mabel Knox > Record Type: Baptism > Estimated Birth Date: abt 1890 > Baptism Date: 20 Dec 1890 > Father's name: John Knox > Mother's name: Mary Jane Knox > Parish or Poor Law Union: East Dulwich St John the Evangelist > Borough: Southwark > > Death reg > > Name: Mabel Knox > Estimated birth year: abt 1890 > Year of Registration: 1891 > Quarter of Registration: Jan-Feb-Mar > Age at Death: 1 > District: Camberwell > County: Greater London, London, Surrey > Volume: 1d > Page: 554 > > Nivard Ovington in Cornwall (UK) > > > >> WOW this is surely bringing them home for Christmas, you have just found >> another ancestor we didn't know we had - Doris Margaret Kathleen dau of >> John >> & Mary KNOX - baptised 1903 - I am now wondering how many more there are >> in >> the KNOX family >> >> Many, many thanks for your help it is just so much appreciated, and has >> our >> family now thinking more about the family. >> Judy >> Nelson, NZ > > > ------------------------------- > To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to > SUFFOLK-request@rootsweb.com with the word 'unsubscribe' without the > quotes in the subject and the body of the message
