SPANTON Photographers, 16 Abbey Gate Street, Bury St Edmunds" So they must have had living quarters at they same place of their business. There surname may have been spelt differently on the 1851 census. There is also a servant. William appears to be a very multi talented gentleman. He is listed as Plumber, Glazier Painter, Paper Hanger, Decorator and Carver of Silver. No mention of photographer so maybe he added that to his repertoire later on!
