Thanks for your reply and interestNivard. 21 Dockings - Wow! My John Wright Docking was the base son of Susan Docking By 1841 he would be about 57 as he was born 22 June 1783 chr 26 Dec 1793! He did marry twice - firstly to Mirabella Crow, and then to my Esther Bareham at Eriswell in1812. 8 children followed: John 1813, Elizabeth 1815, Wm 1817, George 1819 (mine) Samuel 1821, Mary Ann 1823, Mary Anne 1825 and Mary 1826. The first 2 Mary's died in infancy. John Wright Docking wasn't listed with his wife Esther on the 1851. She was then in Watlington Nfk. I am guessing that she relocated after John's death On George's m/c to Frances Stevens at Watlington Nfk, his father was named John Docking labourer deceased.
