Hi Janine Elizabeth may have been christened in St Margaret's, Ipswich, on 13 June 1824, a daughter of Thomas and Marianne BARBER, who were probably married there in 1820 (IGI: Thomas BARBER m. Maryann PRIKE). Thomas (a bricklayer's labourer born at Newmarket circa 1800) and his wife Mary A. BARBER (b. Crowfield or Coddenham c.1797-1800) lived in Dogs Head Lane, Ipswich, from 1851 or earlier. Mary Ann was still there in 1871, following Thomas's death on 29 July 1864.
