The Suffolk Record Office sells copies of maps as well as other items relating to research in Suffolk - have a look at their shop at http://www.suffolk.gov.uk/LeisureAndCulture/LocalHistoryAndHeritage/SuffolkRecordOffice/Shop/. You may need to email them for details of postage to USA. As an alternative you could use the freeware Parish Locator programme which can show you adjacent parishes within an area that you determine as well other helpful details, such as the distance between two parishes, The programme can be found at http://parloc.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/ParLocDL.html Hope that this is of some help.
