Hi All I have had some major computer problems so not only have I lost what I been working on late the week before & early last week but not had any e-mails so unable to reply I have since got a new computer & am trying to figure it all out. Anyway looking for Julia Alice Pettitt she the daughter of Thomas & Elizabeth Pettitt nee Rampling they had the following children Susan b abt 1882 Kirtling, Julia Alice b abt 1884 Kirtling, Jane b abt 1886 Kirtling & Florence b abt 1888 Kirtling. Julia married Charles Isaacson 1904 Any help or connection to these in your tree Regards Janice

You can get the quarter the children were registered from FreeBMD http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl Births Sep 1883 PETTITT Julia Alice Newmarket 3b 507 Births Sep 1885 Pettitt Jane Newmarket 3b 503 Births Dec 1887 Pettitt Florence Rosa Newmarket 3b 502 Marriages Dec 1881 PETTITT Thomas Newmarket 3b 1167 RAMPLING Elizabeth Mary Newmarket 3b 1167 Susan's birth doesn't seem to be on the index but she married in 1911 either Frederick Bannister or William Wheeler (could be either as there are quite a few Bannister & Wheeler births from 1912 with mother's surname Pettitt) Marriages Dec 1911 Pettitt Susan E Newmarket 3b 1249 in 1911, she is shown as Susan Elizabeth and is a cook in Cambridge, so she probably married William Wheeler as the Wheeler children were born in Cambridge. Address: The Street, Kirtling, Cambridgeshire. Can check other Census's if you wish.
