Hello again Desley, After sending my last message, I looked and I have got a drawing of Bridge House from the edited volumes of J B Scott's diaries. It says "Bridge House (now Scott House) from the garden" - so it appears the house is now (or was at the time of the volume) called Scott House. - Hope that helps - do get in touch if you would like a copy of the drawing - Rosie --- On Tue, 11/1/11, suffolk-request@rootsweb.com <suffolk-request@rootsweb.com> wrote: Date: Mon, 10 Jan 2011 20:55:45 +1000 From: "Desley Revell" <desley.revell@gmail.com> Subject: [SFK-UK] Bridge House, Bridge Street, Bungay To: "Suffolk Digest" <SUFFOLK@rootsweb.com> Message-ID: <002201cbb0b4$f6836840$e38a38c0$@gmail.com> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Can anyone assist me as I am looking for more information on Bridge House. Also what number in Bridge Street, Bungay, this property would have been located Would it have been a private home, or something else. I have found this address on one of my ancestors in the 1911 census. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Desley in Australia
