Adam Stumps parents: Leonard Stump Catherine SEE I see the SEE, NEFF, STUMP, HARNESS, WILSON in that area are all confusing because they all married and some had similar names. It does help with they use a last name as a middle name of a relative then you know there is a connection. Like George Harness Stump My John Stump had a Francis A. Harness child living with them in the 1850 census but I don't think him or her went with them to IL. The other two children that George had William Seymour Maslin and John A Godolphin both changed their names to Stump.
