As you can surmise, this is a bound volume of records, the pages of which have survived moderately good condition, but portions of which have been damaged and lost. This is the only record available from that period. The Clerk of Court can provide a typed certification of this record of marriage for $2.00 per certificate. The marriage certificate of this marriage is not among the public records of Hardy County. The other marriages you inquired about are also recorded in the same volume.
