My ggg grandfather was Alsey Pace of TN who fought in the War of 1812 under the command of Col. Coffey and Capt. Frederick Stump. Does anyone know who this Frederick Stump was? Alsey died in the war in 1815, I don't know how or where - possibly at the Battle of New Orleans. Alsey was married to Sarah "Sally" Stump. Gordon W. Pace siriuspace@aol.com
