Alice: I would be very interested in sharing information with you. My line connects at Major Christopher Stump, son of Frederick Stump. Major Christopher Stump had a son - Thomas Jefferson Stump (1804-1852) who married Melinda Tennessee Marshall (1808-1844) of Nashville. Their daughter Julia Ann Stump married William Dean McNish (my g-g grandfather). I sent some obituaries I found to the list on June 20th. I also received some Stump Tennessee marriages from someone on another list. I will post those to the list soon.
