Christopher Stump b 1695 Germany m. 1st Susannah Schuetz abt 1720 and was the father of the infamous Frederick Stump of Nashville, TN. Christopher Stump, Sr. died in 1779 and his will, dated 1769 named two of his children by the name of Christopher. The first was described as deceased and the second, along with a brother Leonard (Leonart) were designated as heirs to his plantation in Heidelberg Township, Lancaster Co, PA. My question is does anyone know anything about this latter Christopher Stump? He was apparently born between 1750 to 1765 as he was not of age in his father's will. Who were his wife and children? I am trying to find the father of my direct ancestor Sally (Sarah) Stump who married Alsey Pace and named a son Christopher Stump Pace. They were also given land by a Christopher Stump. Gordon W. Pace
