Jan, Malinda Stump was my great great grandmother and she was born in 1821 and died in 1894. Her father was Joseph Stump Sr., born about 1776. His father was Peter Stump, born 1740. Peter had a brother or half-brother named Christopher and this is all I know. I do not know who Peter and Christopher's parents were. Someone was kind enough to send me a GEDCOM file, but it didn't work for me. It was all jumbled, so I don't know what I did wrong. Thanks for any help you can give me.
