Here are two: http://www.vmyths.com/hoax.cfm http://urbanlegends.about.com/cs/virushoaxes/index.htm A search at the latter on "sulfnbk" brought up this page: http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/blsulfnbk.htm?terms=sulfnbk Basically, DON'T follow the directions in this message. SULFNBK.EXE is a Windows system file and should not be deleted. The file can be infected with a virus (very unlikely), in which case you need to disinfect it, but you should not delete the file.

Just by opening and reading the mail does it.
