I found a Margaret D. Strong married to a Lewis Genung in Morris County, NJ. Does Margaret belong to anyone out there? It appears Margaret (b. 1794, d.March 1, 1872) married Lewis Genung (b. Oct. 30, 1793, d. November 24, 1833) in Morris County in 1815. They moved to S. Barre twnp, Orleans County, New York where they bought 100 acres of land, built a blacksmith shop and sold stationary threshing machines. There were 2 known children of Margaret and Lewis Genung 1) Mary Ann Genung (b. 1822) 2) Lewis Genung (b. 1828) married Mary J. and had children: Lizzie A. (b. 1861) Carl D. (b. 1866) Clara C.
