Hello All, Today is the first day of the Strong Discussion List without Robert T. Strong, Jr. at the helm! We who have been around for awhile know how much he will be missed. My friend and cousin BoB was the reason I became involved in the discussion group. He had the idea of creating a Database of Strong GEDCOM files. The server he subscribed to did not provide the necessary space to store the data files. So BoB ask for volunteers. I volunteered space on my server, but BoB has done all of the work of converting the text and other data file to usable HTML file so I could publish then on my web site in the STRONG DATA BASE. You must see the way I type BoB. Well back when space was at a premium and BoB read and corrected all of the postings to the discussion group, I typed his name that way to let him know it was a personal note saving him time.
