I have 3 Strongs in my line that I had not been able to locate. One is Joe (probably Joseph) b. @1869-1891 KY m. Virginia BAKER. No other info is know that this time on either of these two other than one daughter Emma (maybe Emmeline) Strong b. 1892 d. 10/8/1936 Hazard KY m. 3 times: 1st. C. I (or L.) Sizemore, Luther Sizemore (2 children) and 3rd Elmer SWANNER (my g-grandfather) 8 children. Lillian Swanner In an 1850 census there is a Tennessee Strong who was a servanbt to William H. Swanner and Annie (McCracken) Swanner, parents of Elmer. This is still unknown. I've seen several lines of descent, but none that match mine. Would like to know more about the one above and possibilities of Joseph Strong who m. Virginia Baker. I do not know if Emma, their daughter, was born in Hazard (Hardburly), but many of my kin had lived in that area for some time.
