Since I contacted the list last Nov. I have found more information on my STRONG family. Nathan D. Strong m. Lelia Christmas Oct. 2 1875 in Grass Lake, MI. He was born in Michigan in 1851 & she was born in Michigan in 1856. They were married in the Methodist Episcopal Church in Grass Lake. His occupation is listed as farmer. On the 1880 Grass Lake , Michigan Census Nathan & Lelia are listed with Jonah & Mary Miles. His parents are listed as being born in New York. His occupation is listed as farmer. Their daughter, Viola was born Nov. 7 1884 in Jackson, MI. On the 1900 Jackson, Michigan Census Nathan is listed with a different wife but his daughter, Viola is sill living with him. His occupation is now prison keeper. On January 15 1904 Viola married Joseph L. Anjier in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Her residence was listed as Grayson County, TX. I am wondering if anyone on the list has Strong family ancestors from Grass Lake in Michigan or Grayson County Texas. Thanks, Joe Anjier Baton Rouge, LA
