Am looking for a connection to Samuel Sebra Strong who was born in 1810 and we believe he was born around the Saybrook Ct area. He supposedly was a bar pilot there.....we know that he married Mary Elizabeth Nelson around 1845-46 and lived in the Baldwin County Alabama area until his death. He stayed near his love for water....by moving from the Atlantic coast to the Gulf coast. We have never been able to discover his ancestry. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
