Marita, Rootsweb, which hosts our list, does not permit attachments to list traffic. We couldn't deliver an attachment to the list if we tried; Rootsweb just doesn't let it through. If you are receiving e-mail you don't want, there are steps you can take to stop it. If I can be of any assistance, let me know and I'll do what I can to help. I am receiving mailings from the SFAA secretary, with a huge attachments, addressed to me personally. It took 20 min last night to down load so I could delete. I couldn't open it. I have sent a message to stop Thanks for your message re attachments and the list. I am just feeling some frustration and thought if I brought it to the open for discussion it might stop.
