I have recently received pension application records showing my Amelia Strope or Stroup b. abt. 1801 in Greene Co., PA, married Amos Tuttle, November 6, 1817 at her father's home and d. 1890 in Richhill Twp., Greene Co. PA She was the daughter of Thomas Stroup, b. abt. 1750 in PA, mother could be named Ann, other children were Thomas b. bef. 1795, Sarah b. 1795; John b. 1797, George, b. 1805, all in Greene Co. PA.
