I've just found something interesting on the Brobst Family website. Heinrich Brobst b. 1775 d. 1802 from Lynn Twp, Lehigh County, PA names in his will as an administrator his brother-in-law, Daniel Straub. Since Heinrich was married to Catharine Heinrich, it would seem Daniel was married to a sister of Heinrich's. Daniel's wife name was Catherine, so his wife may have been Catherine Brobst. Daniel's brother, Jacob b. 1788, was married to a sister of Heinrich's. This also builds the argument that Daniel's father, Johan Daniel b. abt 1742 had two wives. The Brobst records gives Daniel, Sr.'s wife as Catharine Scheitz and a descendant of Daniel's son Andrew Jackson b. 1790 gives Daniel, Sr.'s wife as Catharine Seidler. Comments, please. Garry Heagy
