I found this info on the Mifflin County Stroups in the summer 1975 edition of "Our Family Tree," a periodical on Pennsylvania Gelealogy and History Wet of the Susquehanna, published by the Hoenstine Rental Library in Hollidaysburg PA. Fortunately, the Denver Public Library has a complete collection of these guys and I am slowly working my way through them.
