My husband's great grandfather, Sopharus Straub was born in Freeburg, PA on 13 Sep 1858. He was married to Margaret (Maggie) Hoffer in Pennsylvania on 2 March 1884. He died 2 Feb 1944 in Halsey, Oregon. Sopharus' parents were Samuel Straub and Sarah Mains. I would be most happy to receive any information on this line.
