Bernhard and Caritas Straub lived in the vicinity of St. Paul's Blue Church, Upper Saucon Twp, Lehigh County, PA around 1760. They had the following children baptised there: Johannes b abt 1756 Catharine b. abt 1760 Georg b. September 3, 1757

I just read a message that Jim Burnell had put on RootsWeb about the will you found for Andrew. Two years ago, I had done some extensive research on Andrew, founder of Freeburg, Snyder, PA. While visiting the county offices in Centre, Mifflin, Perry, Juniata, Union, Nothumberland and Cumberland, I found that Andrew and his wife, Barbara, had bought and sold many parcels of land from 1809 to 1847. Andrew had sold many in the years before 1809. In Centre County alone, there were over 60 parcels sold. I checked on Andrew's signatures and they all match. Barbara just made her mark. I made copies of some of the deed transactions, but there were just too many to make copies of all of them. I did copy the reference numbers on most of the ones in Centre County. But I ran out of time to do more.According toGeorge Franklin Dunkelberger in The Story of Snyder County, page 134, he states that Andrew died while living in the old stone house on Paul Kuster's farm which is a few miles west of Selinsgrove in Penn Township. My question to you is: where did you find Andrew's will? Is his signature a match with the deed for the one on Freeburg lots which he donated? I have not done much research in the last year because of health problems. But my health is much better now.
