Diana, You mentioned abstracting the deeds. Since there are so many, I will have to think about how to get them to you. My friend, the genealogist, Debbe Hagner, would probably send them for me, but she has a very busy schedule with several new clients and a wedding. I am a lousy typist. Although the last deed that I saw said 1847, does not mean that Andrew died that year. Some of the dates are different at the first part and then there is another date at the end. I think it has something to do with a mortgage. I did not have time to look at all of the mortgage books. Immediately, I will make copies of some of the deeds and send them to whatever address you tell me. Then I will decide what to do with the rest. Thank you for all of the good work you are doing.
