I have the following information: My Mother: Coralie Amelia Strack (23/7/1948) b Nanango, QLD Australia m Barry William Hughes My Grandfather: Alan Edward Strack (10/12/1917) b Pinelands, QLD Australia m Thelma Florence Briskey )6/9/1918) B Thornville QLD Australia My GGrandfather: Ferdinand Bernhardt Strack (16/10/1888) b Geham QLD Australia m Anna Ausgusta Scholl (28/2/1889) b Ma Ma Creek QLD Australia GGGrandfather: Johann Strack (1840?) b Alerthausen, Westphalen Prussia m Auguste Minge (1848?) n Schlenschow Pomerania Prussia GGGGrandfather: Bernard Strack (?) m Wilhelmine Feige (?) I assume bother were born in Prussia as well. I have received this infor from family birth & marriage certs, but have no further info regarding immigration to Australia. They all settled in South East Queensland, Toowoomba district as it is known today and were Lutherans. If anyone has any info on an Australian Strack line, I would greatly appreciate the help.
