Go to http://www.abebooks.com It will cost you $155.00 to get a pristine, in the publishers box copy. According to the gentlemen my Mother had emailed to, he had 'several copies' of it. It has the green cloth cover (which feels more like a hardbound book in quality) with gilt page edges.
