Up In a Balloon Lowell, Massachusetts, July 4 - Prof. J. K. Allen made a balloon ascension from the fair grounds this afternoonn at 4 o'clock, taking with him Charles G. Stowell and Miss Lottie E. Anderson, who were married in the presence of upward of 10,000. The balloon people sailed away in the northerly direction and its landing has not yet been reported.
