Stowell who went by the name of Frank Stowell. He was born on 18 Oct. 1857 in Stueben County, NY and died on 8 Feb. 1898 in Geneva (the city) NY. I am pretty sure that he is not listed in the WHH book about STOWELLs, and his death cert. lists his mom as Elizabeth Stowell and his father unknown. Does anybody have him listed in their database or have any ideas where I might go from here? Thanks for any help given
