I'm glad I scanned through it! Carlton Griffith in the above paragraph is my great-grandfather. My dad says the guy who was being tried was selling moonshine, and was found not guilty because they didn't want to dry up their supply! LOL!! Anyway, it's nice to see my GGrandfather's name in a record at that time.
