He had a wife Belle & daughter Myrtle also listed. It says he's 28, born MO, father born MO, & mother born WI. In 1910 & 1920 census he is in Nebraska with wife Belle & many more children. I had Stout ancestors in adjoining counties in KS and am trying to determine if Elmer is connected. Thanks Donna
