Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, August 9, at E.K. George & Sons Belton Chapel; burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery, Kansas City, KS. Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the Belton Chapel. Memorials may be made to the Melba Stout Memorial Fund, P.O. Box 182, Belton, MO 64012. Mrs. Stout was born June 2, 1926, in Kansas City, MO. She was a bookkeeper for various banks in Kansas City, MO. She was preceded in death by her daughter in 1996.
