The following appeared in the Dallas (Texas) Morning News on October 30, 2000: HENDREX ANNETTE STOUT was born February 20, 1956, in Cushing, Oklahoma. She graduated from Drumright High School, Drumright, Oklahoma and later graduated from Baylor University Medical Center in the Radiology Technologist Program. She later became a Registered Nurse working in the Coronary Care Unit and the Cardiac Catheterization Lab of Baylor Medical Center of Irving. She is survived by husband of 23 years, Brent Hendrex, and daughters Leigh Alyson and Lauren Annette Hendrex; Mother Suzanne Stout; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law Charles & Eleanor Hendrex; Brother-in-law Brad Hendrex; Sister and Brother-in-law Suzette & Charles McGowen; Brother & Sister-in-law Ed Stout and Jackie Stout newphews Tyler Stout & Cole Stout; Aunt & Uncle Carolyn & David Morgan. She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Stout. She was very involved in the Richardson High School Eaglette Booster Club where she served as an officer. She was an enthusiastic supporter of daughter Lauren, an Eaglette lieutenant. She was also involved in the Dallas Chapter of the Alpha Chi Omega Mom's club, her daughter Leigh's sorority. Annette will be remembered for her love of her family as well as her kind, gentle spirit and generous heart. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Scottish Rite Hospital.
