The following obituary appeared November 18, 2000, in the Columbian of Vancouver, Washington: V. Agnes Reeder Vancouver V. Agnes Reeder, who graduated from Vancouver High School, died Sept. 30, 2000, in a care facility where she lived about 11/2 years. She was 93. Her body was cremated, and there was no service. Memorial Gardens Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Reeder was born Sept. 10, 1907, in Payette, Idaho, and lived most of her life in Vancouver. Her maiden name was Stout. She graduated from Central Washington Normal School in Ellensburg. Mrs. Reeder taught third and fourth grades for 14 years at Orchards School. She married Fred M. Reeder in 1942, and he died in 1985. Survivors include two nieces, Mildred Silvertooth and Janet Stewart; and one nephew, Richard Rice.
