The following appeared in the November 18, 2000, edition of the Defiance (Ohio) Crescent News: Earl Stout Jr. BRYAN - Earl Stanley Stout Jr., 55, Bryan, died Tuesday morning in Community Hospitals of Williams County-Bryan. He was born Feb. 3, 1945, in Marion, the son of Earl and Leota (Titus) Stout Sr. In 1990, he married Diana Clem, who survives. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, worked at Bohn Aluminum, Butler, Ind., for 14 years and was a member of Soul's Harbor Church in Montpelier and UAW. Also surviving are two sons, Gordon and Stephen, both of Falls Church, Va.; a sister, Louise Squire, Texas; a brother, Daniel, Shingle Springs, Calif.; and a former wife, Donna Rex, Falls Church. Preceding him in death were his parents. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in the church with Dr. Jan Garber officiating. There will be no visitation. Handling arrangements is Oberlin-Ford Funeral Home, Bryan.
