The following obituary appeared in the April 25, 2000 edition of the Times-News of Twin Falls, Idaho: Buhl Bessie Stout Bessie Stout, 95, of Buhl, Idaho, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2000, at Magic Valley Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls, Idaho. She was born March 15, 1905, in Kingston, Arkansas, the daughter of Eugene and Josephine Stamps. She married Oscar S. Stout on December 24, 1922, in Kingston, Ark. Bessie is survived by two sons, Charles (Mary Jo) Stout of Niceville, Florida, and Oscar (Carmel) Stout of El Paso, Texas; three daughters, Dixie (R.G.) Howard of Huntsville, Arkansas, Linda (Larry) Voss of Buhl, Idaho, and Judy (Bob) Barga of Las Vegas, Nevada; a sister, Grace Casteel of Huntsville, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren, and several great- and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Oscar of 52 years; and two daughters, Marie Kennan and infant Audrey Maxinee.
