Hi All, I have two different sources with two different sets of parents for Jacob Stout, b: 1764 in Newcastle Co., DE, d: 28 NOv 1855. He married Angelica Killen abt 1784. Source #1 says his parents were Jacob Stout and Comfort Tilton. Source #2 says his parents were Emanual Stout and Mary Griffen Does anyone have any evidence or other opinion as to who his parents actually are?
